This disturbing product spews blood (water with food coloring) from his mouth into the barrel continuously or with included switch. Gurgling sounds as he spews. Includes cassette player, tape and 8 oz. of red food color. Can be operated with included switch or optional timer, motion sensor or pressure pad. Requires AC power.
